In its operational activities and production processes, the main stage of waste generation for Avalue is the removal and handling of material packaging during product manufacturing. For the waste generated in this stage, the company performs classification and management in accordance with regulations. For example, EPE packaging materials are collected and irregularly recycled by recyclers based on accumulated quantities. Waste cardboard boxes are regularly collected daily by environmental recycling personnel in the factory. In addition, semi-finished products such as motherboards and bonded panels are stored and transported using reusable recycling boxes and cardboard boxes to reduce the use of single-use packaging materials.

Regarding waste disposal and regulatory compliance, Avalue fully complies with the Circular Economy Act and entrusts the disposal to legal waste disposal operators with Class A qualifications. These operators have rich experience and professional capabilities to effectively and safely handle various types of waste. The company also meticulously records information such as the date, items, and weight of waste removal during the removal process, ensuring the transparency and traceability of the process. To further improve management efficiency, the company implements a waste cleanup plan twice a year and commissions qualified removal companies equipped with GPS positioning systems to execute it. At the same time, internal environmental knowledge promotion is regularly carried out to enhance employees’ environmental awareness and jointly reduce the impact on the environment. For semi-finished products such as motherboards and bonded panels, Avalue uses reusable recycling boxes and cardboard for storage and transportation, reducing the use of disposable waste. During 2024, Avalue did not experience any serious waste leakage incidents causing environmental pollution. All waste generated by Avalue is processed off-site, as shown in the following table:
