This year’s participants include over one hundred companies from leading industries, hidden champions, overseas Taiwanese businesses, as well as 26 medical institutions and large international companies from Denmark, Greece, the United States, Singapore, and Japan, demonstrating a growing impact. In pursuit of the net-zero carbon emissions goal, Avalue not only exceeds regulatory requirements but also proactively conducts greenhouse gas inventories and completes third-party verification. Through green product design and efficient energy management, Avalue significantly reduces electronic waste, improves energy efficiency, and contributes to global carbon reduction. By implementing sustainable supply chain management and green product strategies, Avalue maintains competitiveness in the market and achieves sustainability goals.

Through the establishment of a tiered and diversified supplier management system, Avalue categorizes suppliers into core, general, and alternative suppliers to diversify operational interruption risks and enhance overall supply chain resilience. The company implements a regular supplier performance evaluation system, quantitatively scoring on multiple aspects such as quality, delivery time, cost, and collaboration flexibility, to ensure supplier performance meets operational standards. To strengthen supply chain management, Avalue also regularly conducts supplier surveys and on-site audits, tracking and improving deficiencies for key and high-risk suppliers, establishing a complete risk identification and management process to enhance supply chain stability and overall business resilience.
