Avalue adheres to labor laws and human rights regulations in operating locations, strictly prohibiting the hiring of child labor under the legal working age, and strives to maintain basic labor rights, ensuring that all employment practices comply with legal requirements and corporate social responsibility principles. After inspection, Avalue did not hire child labor under the age of 15 in important operating sites and factories; suppliers did not discover any cases of hiring child labor under the age of 15.

Avalue's main operating sites and suppliers are primarily located in Taiwan. After evaluation, no operating sites or suppliers were identified as located in high-risk countries or regions for child labor.

To prevent and eliminate child labor, Avalue continues to manage this risk through its supplier-management system. Before and during cooperation, all suppliers must sign the Supplier Sustainability and Social Responsibility Commitment, pledging to comply with applicable labor laws and expressly prohibiting child labor and all forms of illegal labor. Avalue will continue to use supplier document reviews and relationship-management mechanisms to reduce potential labor and human-rights risks in the supply chain.
