During the reporting period, Avalue did not identify any suppliers with significant or potential negative social impacts in its supply chain, nor did it require suppliers to take improvement measures or terminate cooperation due to social issues. Therefore, the proportion of suppliers terminated due to social impact factors was 0%.
The majority of Avalue's suppliers are located in Taiwan. In 2025, the local procurement ratio reached 87%, which helps to strengthen supply stability, reduce supply chain management risks, and support local industry development.
In the future, Avalue will strengthen the identification and management of social risks in its supply chain by introducing new systems, continuously reviewing supplier documents, commitment letter signings, and supplier management systems.
