Basement Staff Standard Salary And Local Minimum Salary

Avalue is committed to providing market-competitive and fair compensation systems that ensure all employees' wages are in compliance with relevant laws and regulations, and do not fall below the local statutory minimum wage standard. For the 2025 fiscal year, the statutory minimum monthly wage in Taiwan is NT$28,590. All base-level employees (both male and female) at Avalue's important operating sites in Taiwan are paid at this standard and there is no gender-based difference, demonstrating Avalue's emphasis on gender equality and labor rights protection.

As of the reporting period, the ratio of the standard salaries of male and female base-level employees at important operating sites in Taiwan to the local minimum salaries is as follows:


The main personnel data of Avalue are based on Taiwan as the statistical foundation and are fully in accordance with the labor department's basic wage-related regulations in handling salary payments.


During the reporting period:

• Minimum wage standard in the local area: NT$28,590

• Female frontline employees' wage level: NT$28,590 and above

• Ratio of frontline employees' wage level to local minimum wage: 100%

• Existence of wage standards difference in important operational sites: No

• Existence of wage difference due to gender: No


Avalue continuously follows relevant labor laws and equal employment principles to establish a fair, reasonable, and consistent remuneration system to ensure employees' basic rights and create a friendly workplace environment.


Definition Of "Important Operational Sites"

Currently, Avalue uses Taiwan region as the main operational site for related human resources and management-level statistics. According to the annual report declaration of "Senior Managers", as of the 2025 fiscal year, the total number of senior management personnel is 12, all of whom are local residents of the community in Taiwan. Among them, 10 are male and 2 are female.

Avalue is committed to local talent cultivation and management succession, prioritizing the recruitment of personnel familiar with local markets, cultures, and industrial environments to serve in management positions. This strengthens operational stability and local capability, as well as enhances decision-making efficiency and long-term development resilience.
