In 2025, Avalue introduced a Company-wide competency framework. Through competency inventories and assessments, the Company systematically identified the strengths and areas for improvement of each position and team as a foundation for subsequent talent development. Based on these results, Avalue planned competency-improvement, management, and soft-skills development programs covering supervisor training, leadership, communication and coordination, and project management.
