The company will not treat sustainability as a short-term project or a one-time event, but will integrate it into product development, supply chain management, operational efficiency improvement, talent development, and stakeholder communication, setting annual goals, tracking execution, and continuously improving to gradually enhance the maturity of sustainability management.
In the environmental sustainability commitment, Avalue will focus on low-carbon operations and product environmental responsibility. In the short term, the company will continue to improve greenhouse gas inventory operations, strengthen the collection, verification, and management of Scope 1 and Scope 2 emission data, and continue to review energy use, waste classification, chemical management, and product environmental compliance. From 2026 to 2027, Avalue will continue to strengthen electricity point-taking, energy efficiency reviews, and factory energy-saving management, using the results of the inventory as the basis for subsequent carbon reduction planning. In the medium term, in line with the new headquarters operational planning for 2028, Avalue will continue to evaluate energy-saving design, high-efficiency electromechanical equipment, intelligent energy management, and renewable energy-related solutions, to strengthen the low-carbon foundation of future operational sites. By 2030, Avalue commits to continuously improving energy efficiency, reducing the impact of operations and product life cycles on the environment, and using low-power, high-efficiency, and long-life products to assist customers in responding to the low-carbon transition needs.
In terms of economic sustainability commitments, Avalue will use innovation in core business, stable quality, and supply chain resilience as key measures. The company will continue to invest in applications such as smart healthcare, smart manufacturing, smart transportation, smart retail, smart energy, high-performance computing, and edge AI, leveraging both hardware and software integration, system validation, and customized design capabilities to provide more value-added solutions. In the short term, Avalue will continue to strengthen product quality management, customer feedback, and project delivery capabilities; in the medium term, it will deepen market positioning for high-value-added applications and improve supply chain risk identification and alternative solution management capabilities; by 2030, Avalue commits to establishing a more resilient operating model, reducing the impact of supply chain risks such as key material supply, delivery schedule changes, and geopolitical risks on operations, and working with suppliers and business partners to promote responsible procurement and stable supply.
In terms of social sustainability commitments, Avalue will use employee care, occupational health and safety, diversity and equality, and social participation as the main axis. The company commits to providing a safe, healthy, and respectful environment for employees and supports professional growth and work-life balance through education and training, career development, employee communication, welfare systems, and occupational
health and safety management. In the short term, Avalue will continue to implement occupational health and safety education, hazard identification and risk assessment, health care, and employee communication mechanisms; in the medium term, it will strengthen diversity and inclusion, talent development, and management of supervisors; by 2030, Avalue aims to establish a more inclusive, growth-oriented, and safe workplace culture. Additionally, the company will continue to respond to social needs through public welfare activities and local social interactions, expanding the positive impact of the company.
To ensure that these commitments are implemented effectively, Avalue will coordinate and push forward with the Sustainability Development Committee and the ESG OFFICE, with each responsible unit executing relevant measures based on annual goals. The company will regularly review the progress of various sustainability indicators, including greenhouse gas inventory, energy management, waste management, product environmental compliance, supplier evaluation, customer satisfaction, employee training, occupational health and safety performance, and employee communication results, and disclose the implementation situation to stakeholders through the Sustainability Report. Avalue commits to advancing environmental, economic, and social sustainability in a pragmatic, transparent, and continuously improving manner, working with customers, employees, shareholders, suppliers, business partners, and society towards the 2030 sustainability vision.
