The iFace Designer, a“Object-Oriented” visualization HMI package software, using a “Tag system” to connect HMI on the Panel PC with PLC (Programmable Logic Controller), inverter, gateway, controller, sensor,…etc. on the Panel PC.

It is a cross-platform package software, which is a program editor to be installed on PCs or Laptops running Windows 7 or 10 Operating system, user can easily drag and drop all the GUI widgets from the built-in widget library to the canvas to design and configure their screens. It’s intuitive, user-friendly, versatile and powerful; after the development, user can simulate the result or compile the file directly into an application program to install and run on the selected hardware platform.

The two major function elements of iFace Designer, includes a built-in vector graphic widget library, which contains the most-commonly used widgets such as push buttons, switches, lamps, meters, bars, etc. And the wide-coverage of Physical PLC Driver, as well as Codesys software PLC driver database, which contains more than 90% of mainstream PLC brands and standard protocols in the industry.

The diversified smart functions can fulfill all kinds of use case scenarios in automation, instrumentation, supervisory, and IIoT. Except for widgets and charts for visualization, other functions are also embedded such as datalogger, Alarm and Trigger services, Scheduler and Recipe, Reports, even a scripting language for calculation and logic programing, called macro. Security setting is useful for data and operation protection. For remote monitoring and maintenance, it supports VNC, VPN, FTP, and various IIoT protocols, like MQTT, RESTful API, OPC UA to push data to clouds or database. With this built-in functions and tools, iFace designer can significantly shorten the time for project development and deployments.
