Supporting the newest Intel® Xeon® 6 processor platform (6500P/6700P) with a TDP of up to 350W, HPM-GNRUA delivers next-level performance, advanced PCIe Gen5 expandability, and robust remote management capabilities—making it the ideal backbone for compute-intensive applications.



Designed for Intelligent Infrastructure


Built on a standard ATX form factor, HPM-GNRUA is well-suited for rackmount servers, industrial chassis, and edge data center nodes. It is specifically optimized for AI inference, intelligent factory control, cloud storage management, and 5G MEC platforms. Leveraging the P-Core architecture of Intel® Xeon® 6, the board provides exceptional compute density and multi-threaded processing for latency-sensitive workloads—delivering both stability and flexibility at the edge.



Industry-Leading PCIe Gen5 Expansion for AI and GPU Workloads


HPM-GNRUA features four PCIe Gen5 x16 slots, each with full x16 lane support, offering a total of 64 PCIe Gen5 lanes—a highly scalable foundation for high-bandwidth add-on cards such as AI accelerators, GPUs, high-speed networking, and NVMe storage cards. Two M.2 M-Key (PCIe 5.0 x4) slots further extend storage flexibility with high-performance NVMe SSDs, alongside 1 x Slim SAS 4i and 5 x SATAIII (including Mini-SAS HD) for diverse storage configurations.



High-Bandwidth Memory & Remote System Management


To support AI and data-intensive workloads, the motherboard supports 8 x DDR5 RDIMM or MRDIMM slots (6400/8000 MT/s), with up to 2TB total memory capacity. Integrated IPMI 2.0 remote management allows administrators to monitor hardware status, set alerts, and schedule maintenance remotely, helping reduce downtime and optimize system availability.



Rich I/O and Networking Integration


The HPM-GNRUA features versatile connectivity designed for industrial control and server management. It offers one Intel® I210AT 1GbE port and two 10GbE ports via the Intel® E610-XAT2 controller for high-speed networking, plus two USB 3.2 Gen1 ports, one VGA, and one COM port. From data transmission to device integration, it delivers flexible, reliable support for a wide range of applications.
