Energy

  • Avalue only uses electricity as the sole energy source, to improve data accuracy and reduce human error, by the General Affairs Unit, based on electricity bills from each site, uniformly recorded in the 'Greenhouse Gas Inventory System' for digital management.
  • Avalue's total electricity consumption in 2025 was 1,723,757 kWh
  • Approximately 250,000 kWh of park public facility electricity was distributed in 2025

This portion of the fee is settled by the Committee on a proportional basis and collected along with the management fee, and the General Affairs Unit indeed retains electricity bills and calculation vouchers, which are included in the annual total energy statistics.

Energy Resource Management

Avalue has established energy and environmental management mechanisms in accordance with the ISO 14001 Environmental Management System and continues to maintain third-party verification by SGS, enabling systematic management of environmental and energy use. Regular inventories and analyses of energy use help identify consumption trends and provide the basis for energy-saving improvement measures and management plans that continuously improve energy efficiency.

In 2025, Avalue’s total energy consumption was 6,205.5258 GJ, with the primary source of energy use being electricity, accounting for 100% of the total energy consumption. Avalue continues to reduce energy consumption and environmental impact through specific actions such as equipment maintenance management, electricity monitoring, energy-saving measures for air conditioning and lighting, and employee energy-saving promotion.

Compared to the previous year, Avalue’s overall energy use has remained stable, indicating that energy-saving management measures have begun to take effect. In the future, Avalue will continue to promote energy-saving improvement plans and energy efficiency management, and will align with the trend of low-carbon transformation and net-zero emissions, gradually strengthening energy management and greenhouse gas reduction efforts.

To improve energy usage efficiency, Avalue continues to promote energy-saving improvements in air conditioning systems and gradually upgrades existing equipment to variable frequency motor systems. Variable frequency equipment automatically adjusts its operating speed based on actual usage needs, reducing unnecessary energy consumption and improving overall electricity efficiency.

Due to the high correlation between the energy-saving benefits and environmental impact, usage context, and operating conditions of variable frequency equipment, Avalue currently uses the 'total quantity comparison method for the base year' to evaluate energy-saving performance. By establishing baseline data for equipment before and after the upgrade and comparing annual total electricity consumption and average load changes, Avalue quantifies and analyzes the actual energy-saving benefits of equipment upgrades to enhance the traceability and accuracy of energy-saving data.

Avalue continues to track electricity bills from Taiwan Power Company and all electricity data to monitor overall power consumption and carbon emission trends, and synchronously input related information into the greenhouse gas inventory system to serve as important references for energy management, carbon emission management, and subsequent energy-saving improvements.
