Avalue’s R&D team is committed to product development with speed, quality, and high integration, constantly striving for self-improvement and creating added value to achieve its aspiration of being an Innovation Provider. It continuously researches market demands, launches highly integrated products, and adopts modular design to meet the diverse and small-volume needs of the system market, creating leading and competitive value through R&D speed.
Currently, there are three main types of liquid cooling systems on the market: First, the In-side mode, where the liquid cooling system is directly integrated into the server’s interior, suitable for single-server use but with limited scalability; second, the Whole cabinet cooling system, which integrates with a large cabinet, using a large heat sink at the back of the cabinet to concentrate the heat generated by multiple servers, suitable for entire cabinet deployment scenarios; and third, Immersion cooling, where the server is directly immersed in a non-conductive coolant, which can effectively dissipate heat but poses certain challenges to equipment compatibility and maintenance. Although each of these solutions has its advantages, it is still difficult to effectively meet application scenarios requiring cooling for multiple servers but not reaching the scale of an entire cabinet. Therefore, based on this market demand, Avalue has developed a patented “Detachable Liquid Cooling System” technology, providing a highly flexible and scalable cooling solution, effectively filling the application gap of existing technologies.
In 2024, Avalue obtained approval for a new patent with the patent name “Detachable Liquid Cooling System” (Application No.: 113211775). The device is designed to dissipate heat for multiple electronic devices, including a shell, a liquid storage assembly, a water pump assembly, and a liquid cooling radiator, all housed within the shell. It is characterized by multiple liquid inlet and outlet connectors, which are connected to each electronic device externally, achieving a flexible and efficient liquid cooling mechanism. The system consists of a first and second liquid storage container, a first water pump and multiple second water pumps, and uses a liquid cooling radiator to enhance heat dissipation efficiency. This patented technology has a high degree of modularity and scalability, and can not only be designed into various shapes according to needs, but also effectively improve the liquid cooling efficiency in multi-device usage scenarios, demonstrating Avalue’s R&D strength in innovative cooling solutions.
Many of Avalue’s standard products have a high degree of integration, capable of meeting the diverse application needs of many customers. Additionally, for customer needs requiring customized modifications or completely new system designs, Avalue can quickly develop computer systems with software and hardware compatibility, stability, and long-term supply.
