Avalue has long been committed to developing and manufacturing highly customized and high-performance green products, not only helping customers improve production efficiency and extend product lifespan but also actively contributing to mitigating global warming. In 2024, Avalue demonstrated excellent performance in green sustainability, including: fully achieving 100% compliance of raw materials with international mandatory regulations and the company’s internal control substance standards, specific models passing international energy-saving and environmental protection certification (such as EPC-EHL certification), introducing energy consumption monitoring design into new products, and ensuring that all newly developed standard products comply with the four criteria of green design. In addition, Avalue continues to promote the horizontal application of low-energy consumption design and incorporates relevant requirements of the EU ErP energy consumption regulations. Avalue will continue its sustainability strategy, continuously ensure full compliance of raw materials with regulations and internal control standards, actively strengthen the introduction of new generation energy-saving design rules, and aim for 50% of energy-saving design products (based on the number of development cases), deepening the company’s commitment and practice in environmental sustainability and green innovation.

In recent years, climate change and environmentally harmful substances associated with products have become important issues in corporate social responsibility. Avalue also identifies these items as key areas of green supply chain management. Taking the management of environmentally related substances as an example, various environmental policies (such as RoHS 2.0) are all stipulated in internal management procedures and risk control is carried out through a green supply chain information management platform. In addition to 100% compliance with RoHS 2.0 green environmental regulations, the selection of all product materials also complies with the following environmental regulations.

• Complies with the environmental management substances stipulated in the Restriction of Hazardous Substances(RoHS) Directive 2011/65/EU and (EU)2015/863 for electrical and electronic equipment
  
  
• Complies with the requirements for Substances of Very High Concern (SVHC) in the European Union REACH Regulation EC 1907/2006 and Annex XVII of REACH.

Throughout the product design and manufacturing processes, Avalue fully complies with the safety regulations of various countries and only initiates mass production procedures after obtaining relevant safety design certifications, ensuring that products meet international standards and market demands. During 2024, Avalue adhered to a high level of compliance in terms of safety information labeling, marketing promotion, and other aspects of its products and services, with no incidents of fines for violating relevant regulations. Furthermore, there were no incidents involving violations of product information labeling or marketing activities (including advertising, publicity, and sponsorship), demonstrating Avalue’s consistent emphasis on product safety and honest marketing, along with rigorous management.
