By gender, the total number of employees in the Taiwan operating sites as of 2025 was 361 people, with 61.2% being male and 38.8% being female. Although the gender ratio has not yet reached complete balance, it has gradually developed towards a gender-diverse direction, demonstrating the company's emphasis on diversity and inclusion (DEI).

In terms of the age structure of our workforce, approximately 10% are employees aged 30 and below; the main age group of middle-aged and young employees aged 31 to 50 constitutes approximately 70%; and employees aged 51 and above account for approximately 20% of our workforce. Our overall workforce composition combines experience and stability, while also demonstrating a drive to nurture and attract new generations of talent, laying a solid foundation for the long-term development of the company.

Avalue has a total of 361 employees in Taiwan, including one temporary employee and two blind massage therapists, male and female, who are legally employed for persons with disabilities, in line with the relevant regulations for units of a certain scale.
