Avalue will be communicated and explain to employees in accordance with legal requirements and internal management procedures before executing operational changes that may have a significant impact on employee rights. The shortest notice period is 8 weeks. Relevant major change matters include organizational adjustments, significant operational strategy changes, adjustments to work systems, or other matters that may affect employee working conditions.
Avalue attaches great importance to employees' right to know and communication mechanisms. Before major changes are promoted, it will communicate and explain the content of the changes, the scope of impact, and related accompanying measures to employees through internal announcements, supervisor meetings, emails, or departmental explanations, in order to reduce the impact of changes on employees and maintain organizational stability.
Currently, Avalue does not have a self-organized trade union or group agreement organization by employees. Relevant labor-capital communication matters mainly through internal management systems and employee communication channels.
On the institutional level, there is a complete human resources management system covering salary and benefits, working hours management, performance evaluation, and training, and a competitive salary structure and diverse development opportunities to attract and retain talents. The company also regularly holds labor-capital meetings and sets up diverse communication channels (such as employee complaint mechanisms and opinion reflection platforms) to ensure that employees' opinions can be fully expressed.
